Beef Taco Skillet
1 or ½ lb ground beef
1 can Tomato soup
½ cup salsa
½ cup water
6 flour tortillas (cut into 1 inch pieces)
½ cup shredded cheese
Cook hamburger in a frying pan. Pour out grease. Stir in soup, salsa, water, and tortillas. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Stir. Top with cheese. Makes 4 servings. (You can add ½ cup sour cream for a creamier dish).
